  4.         Opens <filename> and appends to it all data received or sent on
  5.         the current Telnet session.  (This includes up/downloading to a
  6.         mailbox).

  8.         If you are in Telnet converse mode and want to initiate
  9.         recording, you will need to use the <F10> key to escape back to
  10.         command mode to issue the 'record' command.  The message
  11.         "Recording into <filename>" will be displayed and another "net>"
  12.         prompt will be issued.  Enter CR on a blank line and you will
  13.         return to the Telnet converse mode with recording activated.

  15.         The command 'record off' stops recording and closes the file.
